Lincoln Park Motel

I stayed here for a quick night after attending a game at the Dodger Stadium and the management was amazing and so accommodating! We arrived a little later than I had anticipated, but when I called to ask about the parking situation and tell them we were going to be running late, they made sure a parking space was saved for our car so that we would not have to park on the streets late at night. The space was even right across from our motel room so we could keep an eye on it through the window. We also had to leave before the front desk opened, so we left our key in our room and they were understanding of the situation. Management really made this trip a great experience and I would recommend them!

I LOVE this motel. The staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable, the TVs are smart and it is conveniently located accross the street from laundry facilities and an awesome park! It's also close enough to LA and Hollywood to have food delivery from a lot of great options. The place could use a fresh coat of paint but all in all, i would say this place will be my go-to when I come to LA. The neighborhood seemed a bit run down and you can tell from the attitude of the local businesses that they deal with some crummy people but I felt safe here because the parking was free and private and the only way in and out of the motel Courtyard was past the office. Big thanks for the hospitality! We will be seeing you again!

Private rooms. Handle your scandal and you’ll be just fine. Asian day worker lady can be a bit dispassionate and unforgiving at checkout time, make sure your ducks are in a row and you have a solid game plan before engaging.

I have stayed here twice in the last few months. The staff is great. The rooms are clean and cute with comfortable beds and pillows. The grounds are well maintained. The first room the AC was noisy but worked. The second room no issues. The water for shower is slow to heat but it does. The area looks like there might be issues but there were none, it was reasonably quiet even on weekends. I didn't see evidence of people "living" there as other reviewers have indicated. Easy to get around from the location with pretty easy access to freeways and a couple of hospitals in LA.

It's private enough. Had some friends staying here for over a year. The owners have extended their stay and given them plenty of time to pay past due rates. Very friendly and understanding never bothered me. They ran it up to 2,000 tho and I guess it's a normal habit of theirs so they have had enough but as far as I'm concerned they have been totally chill

We are here for medical and we arrived too early to check in. They allowed us to relax in the lobby while we waited for our room to be available. All the staff are very nice people. The room is small but comfortable. The beds are nice and the tub is huge. The location is about two miles from USC of KECK. Overall I would give this 4.5 stars!

stayed for my birthday. staff was very nice to us. a random lady screamed for a while and was honking her horn in the middle of the night. we were not mad, we thought it was amusing. just added to the night bed was also very comfortable

First impression was good. I stayed 4 days. Quaint updates bungalows give this place a nostalgic reminder of the city's past. The staff were welcoming and efficient. Located just across LA's 1at city park gives you access to one of LA's jewels. Located in Lincoln Heights, a community has venders and commercial fare to site everyone. While I didn't experience problems, as anywhere,be aware of your surroundings while visiting the park and stay in well pit and populated areas. After all it's in a BIG city.
